Spotless Paws Pet Waste Removal Service - Terms of Service

Welcome to Spotless Paws! By using our pet waste removal services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services Provided

Spotless Paws offers pet waste removal and disposal services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Regular dog waste removal

• Yard cleanup

• Waste bag disposal

• Additional customized services (if applicable)

2. Service Agreement

By signing up for Spotless Paws services, you acknowledge that you have entered into a service agreement. You agree to provide access to your property for our team to perform the agreed-upon services. Service dates and times will be scheduled based on availability and may be subject to change with notice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due monthly for recurring services.

• One-time or special event services must be paid in full upon completion.

• Late payments may incur a late fee of $0.

• We accept payments via credit card, check, or cash.

4. Service Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 1 day in advance without incurring a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 1 day notice may incur a $10 fee.

• Spotless Paws reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to ensure that there is clear and safe access to your property for Spotless Paws staff. This includes, but is not limited to, removing obstacles, securing gates, and ensuring the area is safe for our staff to work.

• You agree to provide accurate information regarding the number of pets on the property and any special instructions for waste removal.

6. Liability and Damage

Spotless Paws takes reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not responsible for damages due to:

• Hidden hazards such as rocks, glass, or pet waste left under objects.

• Pre-existing conditions like weak or unstable fences, gates, or other structures.

• Any injuries or incidents arising from your pets’ behavior or actions during the service.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to Spotless Paws will not be shared with third parties except as required for billing and service purposes.

8. Termination of Service

• Spotless Paws reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if the customer fails to comply with these Terms or engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

• You may terminate service at any time at myspotlesspaws.com. Any outstanding payments will still be due.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spotless Paws, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to claims related to your pets, property, or conduct.

10. Amendments

Spotless Paws reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by email or through a notification on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
